Speechless – Sarah & Matt

There’s one thing I know for certain afer working with Sarah and Matt – it’s the ability to share the most intimate moment of your life with the use of words. Sarah and Matt – my favorite couple of the year. There, I said it – no need to fight over it ladies and gents – you all hold a very special place in my heart….but Sarah and Matt…they truly are my favorite.

Sarah and Matt were joined in union on November 17. Toasts were shared by amazing friends and family, and each one should be nominated for a Pulitzer, most especially Sarah, who dedicated a toast to her husband Matt. If you walked into the wedding as a stranger, her toast to him made you walk out as if you were part of their inner-circle.

Their traditional ceremony was held under a custom made Chuppah made by a friend of theirs – Gus from Off Broadway Florists in Astoria. Two friends officiated while Alicia Svigals’ Klezmer band belted out traditional Jewish music.

Sarah and Matt had a superstar team – one of my all-time favorite photographers – Danny Weiss. Danny and Sarah worked together to create a custom photobooth that was such a huge hit! Guests had the opportunity to put some crazy outfits on and pose for the couple’s memories. Please feel free to visit Danny’s blog for a sneak preview of how the it all turned out!

Two other amazing vendors – Carol from A Starry Night and Husband & Wife Team – Rob & Leyda from Rock & Rockmelon Videography. Carol really knows how to read a crowd and keep them up on the dancefloor.

Now onto some pictures that sum up how much I absolutely ADORE them. You really can get such a feel of who they are.
