Something Blue ($500):
§  Arriving at the bride’s preparation location and departing after the introductions (maximum of eight hours.)  After the introductions, we leave you in the trustworthy hands of your Maitre’ D / Captain / Bridal Attendant while you dine, drink, and dance the night away!
§  Organizing, consulting, and attending the rehearsal.
§  An extensive timeline, tipping guide and checklist for the day of the wedding.
§  Ensuring all vendors are confirmed, scheduled, and in place before the wedding and on the day of.
§  EAP will be the sole contact for all vendors on the week and day of the wedding.
§  Distribution of all remaining vendor balances and gratuities (at the discretion of client).
§  Supervising all activities such as:
o    Processional & Recessional
o    Photo session coordination and management
o    Transportation coordination and management
o    Bridal Party Introductions
o    Reception timeline (dances, toasts, cake cutting, etc.)
§  Inspection and confirmation of venue layout and set-up.
§  Full access to our preferred vendors (discount may apply.)
§  Providing the “Super Something” Wedding Day Emergency Kit

John has graced this earth with beauty through his work and more so with his warm personality.  There was never a time where John did not jump to the occasion in making a bride happy.  He was able to translate vision to reality and blow us away each and every single time.

Both Laurie and Annie worked with John for their own weddings, and can attest personally to his impeccable business skills, floral creation genius, and amazing devotion to his brides.

Tara and Michael’s gorgeous baby boy was born on December 7, 2009 at 12:07 p.m.  Baby and Mom are doing very well.

I’m sure a few of you have seen her in action, helping Tara or myself in 2008 and 2009, but we wanted to make it official!  Tricia has superb planning experience and an even better personality that fits right into the EAP culture.  You’ll see her helping me out the rest of the year, and taking on more weddings in 2010 — so keep an eye out, because we know she’ll be a hot commodity!
