Exquisite Affairs Productions specializes in Day of Coordination and Wedding Planning services. Below are the packages we currently offer. Pricing below is for 2010 – please contact us for other pricing.

Our Day of Coordination Packages

something blue – $700

The most popular of our Day of Coordination package, Services as follows:

• Arriving at the bride’s preparation location and departing after the introductions (maximum of eight hours.) After the introductions, we leave you in the trustworthy hands of your Maitre’D / Captain / Bridal Attendant while you dine, drink, and dance the night away!
• Unlimited contact via telephone and/or email from the moment you contract our services to the moment you walk down the aisle.
• Two (in person) consultations – a meet & greet and a finalization meeting during the month of the wedding.
• An extensive timeline, tipping guide and checklist for the day of the wedding.
• Ensuring all vendors are confirmed, scheduled, and in place before the wedding and on the day of.
• EAP will be the sole contact for all vendors on the week and day of the wedding.
• Distribution of all remaining vendor balances and gratuities (at the discretion of client).
• Inspection and confirmation of venue layout and set-up.
• Full access to our preferred vendors (discount may apply.)
• Providing the “Super Something” Wedding Day Emergency Kit
• Supervising all activities such as:
  • Processional & Recessional
  • Photo session coordination and management
  • Transportation coordination and management
  • Reception timeline (dances, toasts, cake cutting, etc.)
  • Bridal Party Introductions

something old – $1,200

In addition to our Something Blue package, Services as follows:

• Two coordinators on the day of the wedding (maximum of eight hours.)
• Organizing, consulting, and attending the rehearsal.

something borrowed – $600

The Something Borrowed package consists of all the items included in the Something Blue but for six hours and includes the rehearsal.

something new – $500

The Something New package consists of all the services listed in the Something Blue package, but for five hours in total. You may select what part of the day you want us there.
Examples are as follows:

Our Planning Packages

silver sixpence – Starting at $2,500

Our soup-to-nuts planning package, services as follows:
• Unlimited contact via telephone, email, and/or in-person from the moment you contract our services to the moment you walk down the aisle.
• Full consultation, preparation, and confirmation with client up to twenty four months prior to the wedding day.
• Researching, sourcing, and meeting with all prospective vendors (unlimited in person meetings.)
• Selection of all vendors and contractual review
• An extensive month-to-month timeline and checklist.
• EAP will be the sole contact for all vendors during the months leading up to the day of the wedding.
• Full access to our preferred vendors (discount may apply.)
• Budget Planning, Allocation and Book Keeping
• Providing a Month-to-Month Timeline and Checklist
• Coordination for Out of Town Guests: hotel accommodations and transportation.
• Detailed development of transportation itinerary for Bridal Party / Family / Guests.
• Organizing, consulting, and attending the rehearsal.
• Includes the Something Blue Day of Coordination Service .
• Unlimited in-person meetings with client
• Unlimited in-person meetings with vendors
• Attends all finalization meetings with venues and vendors.
  In addition to the Something Blue day of coordination package, our partial planning service includes:
  • Full consultation, preparation, and confirmation with client up to twenty four months prior to the wedding day.
  • Selection of all remaining vendors (excluding ceremony/reception location) and contractual review
  • Budget Planning, Allocation and Book Keeping
  • Providing a Month-to-Month Timeline and Checklist
  • Coordination for Out of Town Guests
  • Detailed development of transportation itinerary for Bridal Party / Family / Guests.
  • Organizing, consulting, and attending the rehearsal.
  • Rehearsal Attendance – $150
  • Assistant (maximum of 3 hours) – $150
  • Assistant (maximum of 8 hours) – $250
  • Extensive Décor Setup (includes assistant at no extra cost) – Starts at $150
  • Overtime (begins at the eighth hour) $75 per half hour / $125 per hour
  • Travel Fee: $50 per 50 miles outside Coordinator’s base location

in her shoe – $2,000

In addition to the Something Blue day of coordination package, our partial planning service includes:

• Full consultation, preparation, and confirmation with client up to twenty four months prior to the wedding day.
• Selection of all remaining vendors (excluding ceremony/reception location) and contractual review
• Budget Planning, Allocation and Book Keeping
• Providing a Month-to-Month Timeline and Checklist
• Coordination for Out of Town Guests
• Detailed development of transportation itinerary for Bridal Party / Family / Guests.
• Organizing, consulting, and attending the rehearsal.

• Rehearsal Attendance – $150
• Assistant (maximum of 3 hours) – $150
• Assistant (maximum of 8 hours) – $250
• Extensive Décor Setup (includes assistant at no extra cost) – Starts at $150
• Overtime (begins at the eighth hour) $75 per half hour / $125 per hour
• Travel Fee: $50 per 50 miles outside Coordinator’s base location
